VIEWINGS
pRIOR TO VIEWING
For viewings, please submit an inquiry through our Daft or MyHome profiles. As soon as we have access to a property, we will schedule in a day and time to carry out viewings.
We will contact you on the number or email that you have provided and schedule you in. For very interested viewers, we recommend sending in all relevant documents to us prior to viewing.
SECURING A TENANCY
WHAT’S NEEDED
Once you have seen a property that you wish to take, we require the following;
- Security Deposit in Full
- First Month’s rent
- Previous Landlord reference
- Employment reference
- Bank Statement x 3 months
- PPS Number
- Photo ID for all Tenants i.e. Passport/Driving Licence
Please note we need all of the above information for each person that intends to occupy the property.
If you are currently a homeowner and have not rented previously, a mortgage statement and character reference will suffice.
